By default, each framed portrait comes in black, our most popular and modern choice — but if you prefer white, simply let us know via email, order notes, or any contact method before your artwork ships. We’ll customize it for you at no extra cost.

Can i print more than one pet on one picture?
yes of course, you can also send us photos where your pets are not together and we can still recreate them.
What if I don't like my artwork?
if you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We print only once you're happy with your order.
Are the frames included?
Frames are included in the price. You can choose between two options: gallery wrapped or a floating frame, available in black or white. Your artwork will arrive ready to hang.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email
Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.
Do you draw all kinds of pets?
We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
